Prep Time:15 minutes
Chill time:1 hour

Ingredients

  • 8 ranny Smith apples
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 regular-size Snickers bars chopped
  • 16 oz container whipped topping
  • Caramel topping for drizzling

Instructions

  • Prepare the apples: Wash and dice the Granny Smith apples into bite-sized pieces. If desired, toss the apples with a little lemon juice to help prevent browning.
  • Make the pudding mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix and 1 cup of milk. Mix well until thick and creamy.
  • Add the Snickers: Chop five Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine: Add the diced apples and chopped Snickers to the pudding mixture. Gently fold in the 16 ounces of whipped topping until everything is evenly combined.
  • Garnish: Transfer the mixture to a serving dish. Sprinkle the remaining chopped Snickers bar over the top and drizzle generously with caramel topping.
  • Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve: Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • Best apples: Granny Smith apples are my favorite because their tartness balances the sweetness of the other ingredients.
  • Apple size: You can dice the apples into larger or smaller pieces depending on your preference.
  • Make ahead: This dessert can be prepared ahead of time and kept refrigerated until you're ready to serve.
  • Keep refrigerated: Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
  • Extra fluffy: Using a 16-ounce container of whipped topping makes this salad especially light and fluffy.
