Dice meat if needed & add 2 tsp adobo, 1 tbsp sofrito and mix.
Set Instant pot in Saute Mode.
Add oil to the pot
Add meat to Instant Pot and brown
Add the 5 cups of water
Add beef bullion, garlic, onion powder, turmeric, oregano. Italian seasoning remaining sofrito, and mix very well.
Place sealed lid on Instant Pot
Cancel Saute Mode
Set on High Pressure for 20 minutes.
Let it do a natural release for 5 minutes, then manually release remaining pressure
Open instant pot and give it a taste. Add adobo to your taste (I like to add an additional teaspoon or two)
Add all remaining ingredients to the pot and mix well
Place sealed lid back on the Instant Pot and Cook on High pressure for 5 Minutes.
Manually release pressure
Serve with a side of white rice and a sliver of avocado or tostones.
