I call every Sunday in my house Slow Cooker Sunday! I love to keep my Sundays stress-free and this is one of the ways I do so. One of my family’s favorite Slow Cooker Sunday meals is this Easy Crock Pot Chili Recipe! It’s always a winner and my family always goes back for seconds!

What’s so great about this easy Crock Pot Chili Recipe?
Well, to begin with, you don’t have to use a Crockpot! You can use any slow cooker or the Instant Pot in slow cooker mode.
Now that I own an Instant Pot, It has taken over all of my Crock Pot meals because the Instant Pot’s Slow Cooker mode works just as well and I can brown my meat in the same pot on Saute mode. Hey, fewer dishes is always a win for me!
I’ve fallen so in love with my Instant Pot! If you would like to check out some of my other Instant Pot recipes click here for my other Instant Pot posts or Here for YouTube Videos.
What makes this Chili recipe different than others?
To my recipe I have incorporated some traditional Puerto Rican ingredients that I love using on all of my food. I feel that Sofrito just elevated any dish to a whole different level. I’ve made this recipe, not just for my family but for my church’s pot lucks and other family get togethers and it’s always a winner. People always come back for more!
